The movements technical analysis of single leg fleche in saber
Introduction : In recent years, with the continuous improvement of saber fencing rules, the technical and tactical characteristics of saber fencing have been switching toshort battle distance, simple action, fast movement, frequent rounds, requiring athletes to master lethal but simple and fast technical movements. Single leg fleche, a kind offensive technical movement based on bow stance fleche, features fastness, accuracy and relentlessness. This paper intends to reveal their technical characteristics and difficulties through the movement technical analysis of single leg fleche in order to provide reliable reference data for the practitioners, so as to promote the development of China fencing.
