The influence of different working conditions on muscle coordination

Introduction: There is still no scientific report on the influence of different working condition (Proximal fixation and distal fixation) on the muscle coordination (the order and degree of muscle involvement). This research tried to identify the differences of muscle involvement between proximal fixation and distal fixation in order and degree using the examples of chin-up and pull down.
