Research on career orientation characteristics of retired athletes in China
Introduction: The typology career theory points out that the choice of career is the reveal of personality in working. Whether you have obvious career choice is the key factors in choosing the career. The career inclination of an entrepreneur has a great effect on the result of application. The report on this kind of career inclination lead this thesis to study on the career inclination of the retired sportsman. This thesis provides the direction for forwarding to the training course of psychological service by making quantitative analysis to demonstrate the rules.
