The relationship between iat and explicit evaluation of emotion regulation in the sports college students

Introduction: Tactics, adaptability, dynamic confrontational and anti-jamming capability of athletes are high needed in sport games. As the movement process and sports environment are complex, the emotional response is in sports is complex. How to regulate emotions and overcome the impact of negative emotions in sports are very important in improving athletes response capacity in competition. At present, the psychological and special ability training are essential in athletes sports training content. It has of great significance on improving athletes performance in games. With the development of implicit cognition technology, the research on emotion regulation shifts from explicit measurement at the beginning to internal measurement. The implicit social cognition method can overcome the shortage of explicit measurement, such as the self-report scale, and study the internal mechanisms involved in emotion regulation in depth. Using the IAT (Implicit Association Test) and explicit questionnaire, this study investigates the differences and relationship on the evaluation of e-motion regulation in implicit and explicit level of sports college students.
