Effects of exercise on concentration of 5-ht in different cerebral tissues and peripheral thl/th2 cytokines of rats under chronic fatigue syndrome
Introduction: Chronic fatigue syndrome and psycho-mental stress closely correlates. As an intervention means, physical exercise has multi-dimensional effects in lowering psycho-mental injury. The study is to observe the effects of exercise on the concentration of 5 -HT in different cerebral tissues and the peripheral Thl/Th2 cytokine balance (IFN -? and IL -4) of rats under chronic fatigue syndrome, aiming at investigating the neuro -immune mechanisms of chronic fatigue syndrome and the intervention effects of physical exercise.
