The impact study of blood glucose and lipid metabolism on diabetic rats by drinking alcohol and exercise
Introduction: Investigating the effects and mechanism of drinking and exercise on diabetic rats blood glucose and blood lipid metabolism in order to provide a theoretical foundation for the treatment of diabetic patients and prevent the occurrence of chronic syndrome. Methods: 120 male Wistar rats were selected and divided into two groups at random, in which 10 as the normal control group, others as diabetes mellitus (DM) model group. Divided the successful modeling DM rats randomly into six sub -groups as the DM group, exercising DM group, wine drinking DM group, wine drinking plus exercise DM group, beer drinking DM group, and beer drinking plus exercise DM group. After 8 weeks of drinking and exercise, rats from each group were fasting and decapitated for blood. Measuring the levels of blood glucose, insulin, TC, TG, HDL -C, LDL -C, all data used the software of SPSS17. 0. significant level is p <0. 05. Highly significant p<0. 001.
