Isokinetic aesting in the selection of young athletes
Introduction: Selecting athlete by age, heredity, body type, quality, biochemical, psychological, motor skills has been widely accepted in recent years, but large-scale precision instruments applied to selection of athletes are still scarce. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Power Parameters of trunk and knee joint flexor and extensor groups in different projects of young athlete, explore the characteristics of muscle groups u-sing in different projects and provide indicators and scientific basis for selecting young athletes.
