An analysis of knee injury caused by tornado kick with double-turn followed by horse stance
Introduction: Nowadays,difficult-movementhas become the goal for Wushu coaches and athletes to get high scores, but the knee injury is an insurmountable gap for them. This study proposes to take thetornado-kick with double-turn followed by horse-stance(a difficult-movement of C-part) , which is relatively high in the rate of selection and injury during Wushu competition and training as the research object and examines the factors causing knee injury when the movement is executed. The aim is to improve the movement technique and to call attention of injury prevention during Wushu training.
