Introduction: In today s competitive sports competition, Talented in a country plays an important role in, Talented is a strategic issue of Sports Development. Only the importance of reserve personnel team building, a national sports development will be rewarding. The key of athletics gymnastics construction and the development are the reserve talented development, talent to the amount directly related to the sustainable development of gymnastics career.
