Load Balance and Cache Strategy for P2P VOD System

摘要：

To share the load and improve the quality of service of stream servers, an effective load balance and cache strategy is proposed in this paper. Based on the strategy, a P2P Media Serve System is designed and realized. Experimental results show that the proposed strategy can improve the performance and throughput of the system.
