Based on the Research of the Rotary Ultrasonic High Grinding Machining Efficiency Technology

Based on the research of the rotary ultrasonic grinding machining technology applying in engineering ceramics, this paper analyzes fracture removal mechanism of the engineering ceramics, and establishes machining mathematical model of material removal rate of rotary ultrasonic grinding machining. According to the established mathematical model, the parameters which affect the efficiency of the rotary ultrasonic machining were studied, and by experiments the processing parameters of cutting area, feed rate and cutting speed were optimized to achieve high grinding machining efficiency.
