Design of Data Transmission Networks Based on CAN Bus for Physical Model Control System

This paper analyzes the defects of the data transmission network for traditional physical model electronic system, and introduces the data bus technology in industrial automation. Based on CAN field bus, this paper presents a kind of hardware design scheme of data transmission network for physical model control and data acquisition system. The proposed scheme describes the overall architecture, distribution and interface circuit of the monitoring computer, interface circuit of the field nodes in detail. It is pointed out that the scheme of CAN bus network is an effective and efficient method of information transmission, and it can efficiently simplify system structure, raise reliability, and improve performance of whole system; it can meet the practical need of physical model control and data acquisition system.
