Study of Flow-induced Vibration and Operating Rules of Vertical Spindle Rotary Gate

Based on analysis on design idea and applied scope of vertical spindle rotary gate, we conduct static dynamic analysis on gate structure through analysis technology of experimental models and three dimensional finite element mathematical models. This helps us to acquire the vibration modes parameters and distribution characteristics of stress displacement of gate structure. On basis of this we do hydro-elastic vibration simulation experiment and acquire the vibratory response parameters of gate. According to the dynamic characteristics and flowinduced vibration response data of structure, we raise anti-vibration optimization plan and improvement measures. Reasonable way of gate running and operation is put forward through different way of running simulation experiment.
