Intellectual property is enterprises sustainable competitive advantage. Based on knowledge and intellectual property rights, competitiveness and competitive advantage, the concept of resources and the ability to integrate into the competitive advantage of enterprise s intellectual property source view, we can draw that the competitive advantage of intellectual property rights of enterprises competitive advantage is the holder of the intellectual property asset and competitiveness of intellectual property rights, enterprises must equally value both of them.
