Customized Necessity and Training Model of Higher Vocational Education

摘要：

Facing the great challenges, the higher vocational education needs a much rapider speed of development. It is market-oriented and mainly driven by five motivations, in accordance with the dynamic external environment. After researching the motivations, we go on to analyze the necessity of the development. The application of the customization in the education field is the most important finding, which leads us to investigate further on the customized training model.
