Current Role of IT in Tourism Service Delivery and the Future
Tourism service has its unique characteristics, and the ways of service delivery have been changed a lot with time going. Traditionally, to deliver such kind of service depends heavily on people who face consumers directly. But with the development of information technologies, the tourism business has been revolutionized and tourism is experiencing the process of more digitalized. This paper is going to explore the role that information technologies are playing today critically and look into the future of IT in tourism industry.
