Study on analysis and assessment of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb from China and Korea with FT-IR
Aim: To get the IR spectrums of Agrimonia Pilosa Ledeb(APL) from china and korea areas, and to find out the characters of IRspectrums through the content of different chemical constituents,provide a fast and effective analysis method monitor the inherentqualities of traditional Chinese medicine-APL. Method: Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was applied to detect sampleof APL from china and korea areas. Result: this study showed that theIR spectra of APL from china and korea areas have their unique IRfingerprint features. The content of gallate and calcium oxalate in APLfrom china is significantly higher APL from korea. So FT-IR is a veryquick, effective and well repetitive method for monitoring anddistinguishing the traditional Chinese medicine.
