A Study of Coordination Mechanism of L-hydroxyproline with Zinc(Ⅱ)

The coordination compound ofL-hydroxyproline(Hyp)-Zn(Ⅱ) was synthesized byL-Hyp and zinc sulfate as raw materials in watermedium, and the coordination mechanism wasstudyed. IR spectra of L-Hyp-Zn(Ⅱ) proved thecoordination effect was produced between L-Hypand Zn(Ⅱ); 1 H-NMR indicated that combinationsposition of L-Hyp is α -carboxyl and α -hydroxyl;Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) observationshow that Zn(Ⅱ) was surrounded by L-Hyp; Theproportion of Hyp-Zn(Ⅱ) coordination compoundexperiment. The molecular formula of thewas illustrated by above information.
