Multispectral Fluorescence Imaging Method Applied to Species Identification of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis
The multispectral fluorescence imaging method waspresented to identify the species of the cortex phellodendrichinensis pieces. The species character was obtained by thecharacteristic spectrum got from the spectral cube, whose imageswere taken for 5 nm spacing from 480nm to 680nm wavelengthsby the liquid crystal spectral imaging instrument. As anexperiment, ten samples came from ten different growing areaswere identified. With the principal component analysis, thesamples were clustered to two species. The identification resultsaccorded well with the result by the traditional biology analysis. The testing process was nondestructive and quick.
