The experimental equipments and experimentaltechniques were explored with the purpose of achieving a newlight scattering method for in vivo real-time measurement ofhemorheology parameters. The optical path, the probe and thesample pool were improved and the Brillouin scatteringspectrums of some liquids were measured.
