Design of a smart transdermal insulin drug delivery system
In this paper, a micro-needle arraycombined with transdermal delivery, as well as thedetection of micro-sensors intelligent transdermalinsulin delivery systems was designed withcharacteristics of pain-free, smart, timing,positioning, quantitative drug delivery.Transdermal delivery of the requirements for the design of the transdermal delivery of themicroneedle array structure, and UV-LIGAprocess for the production of polymer micro-needletechnology are discussed. Painless and accuratetest in accordance with the needs of blood glucoseconcentration was designed transdermal detectionof subcutaneous tissue fluid glucose concentrationof micro-glucose sensor, and its manufacturingprocess are discussed. Combination of sensorsignal processing and administration needs tocontrol the systems signal processing and controlcircuit for a preliminary design.
