Detecting Method of Quantitative Colloidal Gold Test Strip Concentration Based on the DSP Image Processing

Immunogold labeling technique is mainly used ondetecting of quantitative colloidal gold test strip concentration,through comparing with the color standard card to realize visualqualitative analysis, but the disadvantages are low measurementaccuracy, high misjudgment rate, and it is difficult to achievequantitative measurement. This paper adopts an embeddedimage processing system which based on the DSP. The imageinformation of the quantitative colloidal gold test strip is sampledby the image sensor CMOS, analysis processed based on theimage feature, fringe intensity image of feature information isextracted, and then establishes the functional relation betweenimage feature information of fringe intensity and sampleconcentration, so it can realizes accurate measurement, andoffers a detecting method to the colloidal gold qualitativedetecting. In order to solve the problem that CMOS sensorgenerates drift follow with the working temperature, the systemprovides constant temperature working environment for theCMOS sensor and then solves the long-term stability problem of the system. Compared with other methods, it has advantages ofhigh precision, fast inspection speed and so on. The results showthat the method of quantitative detection of colloidal gold teststrip concentration has upper applied value, which based on theDSP hardware platform, it precision can be up to ±5%,repeatability error reaches ±1%.
