Robust non-rigid registration of multimodal medical image by combining local phase coherence with residual complexity measure

摘要：

In this paper, a robust non-rigid multimodal imageregistration method is proposed using the local phasecoherence representation (LPCR) as well as the residualcomplexity (RC) similarity measure. By integrating the LPCRand RC measure, we can find and track the non-rigidtransformation of each pixel under diffeomorphism betweenthe source and target images. Experiments using multimodalimages are conducted to demonstrate the advantages of theproposed method.
