Synthesis of Novel Glycyrrhetinic Acid Analogues

摘要：

Glycyrrhetinic acid (GA, 3 β -hydroxyl-11-oxo-olean-12-ene-29-oic acid, 1) isolated from Glycyrrhiza glabra was foundto have several pharmacological activities. A series of novel Gaderivatives were designed and synthesized as antitumor agents.Their structures were confirmed using MS and 1 H-NMR.
