Study on Complex Enzyme Based on Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Bamboo Leaves
Use the plant extraction complex enzymes to extract the total flavonoids from bamboo leaves, comparison with the traditional ethyl alcohol extraction process. This experiment take the enzyme concentration, the enzymolysis time, the enzymolysis temperature, the ethyl alcohol concentration, leaching time as the main check factor, from the single factor analysis and the orthogonal experiment ensure the best technological conditions of the complex enzymes extraction: enzyme concentration is 0.5mg/ml, enzymolysis time is 60min, enzymolysis temperature is 55℃, ethyl alcohol density is 40%, leaching time is 150min. Then through again ethanol precipitation, extraction and the column chromatography separates the total flavonoids with other ingredients, obtains the pure compound. The total flavonoids content was increase 11.80%, compare with the traditional ethyl alcohol extraction process.
