Realization of the Optimal Risky Value Algorithm Based on the Brain Surgery Planning System

The main data base researched and planned by current operation path are volume data, the elements of which represent physiological information of space points in human body and are hardly used directly to get the analysis and research of operation path. So we have put forward the risky value raster matrix which is three-dimensional matrix as volume data matrix, the difference is that elements of risky value raster matrix represent certain space point in human body.(namely risky value at this time when the operation path passes by).Based on moulds of risky value raster matrix, we wont need to pay close attention to areas crossed by operation path and relations among every organizational districts. We only need to pay respect to risky value sizes of operation paths crossing points. In this thesis, the research focuses on achieving the acquisition of operation path for optimal risky value based on planning system of Craniocerebral operation3D SLICER in platform.
