Investigation of 13 Kinds of Typical Environmental Endocrine Disruptors (EEDs) in Human Serum by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry-Selected ion Monitoring (GC-MS-SIM)
13 kinds of typical Environmental Endocrine Disruptors (EEDs) in human serum were detected by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry-Selected ion Monitoring samples (aged from 10 to 45) collected in Sichuan province, China were detected based on this method. GC-MS-SIM detection, internal standard method, TMCE+TMCS derivatization were used as qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to detect 13 kinds of typical EEDs in human serum simultaneously. The data showed that this method had good linear relation in the range of 10-1000 ng/ml for PAEs , 50-1000 ng/ml for BPA and 10-200 ng/ml for DES,E1,E2,EE2 and E3, and the correlation coefficients of standard curves were higher than 0.99. The percent relative standard deviations (%RSD) for detected congeners were 5%-14% in blind triplicate samples. The average recovery rate and relative standard deviation (RSD, n=3) of the 13 kinds of EEDs which be injected in the pre-extracted serum samples were 94.9% and 11.7%. Surrogate standard recoveries of DBP-d4 and BPA-d16 which were injected in all serum samples ranged from 67.98% to 110.8% and 60.12% to 102.35% (RSD <14%). The results of 30 copies of actual serum samples showed that EEDs chemicals pollutants have entered the human body with a high content and posed a threat to human health. The people should attach great importance to that.
