Heavy Metal Stress to P. Tomentosa in Coal Mining Area and its Spectral feature
In this article, Jisan coal mine was selected as research area, we collected P. Tomentosa leaves reflectance and measured the concentration of heavy metal in P. Tomentosa leaves. According to the principles and methods of remote sensing biogeochemistry, We employed spectral derivative technology, local continuum removal, red edge extracting to analyze the spectral features. The spectral information from P. Tomentosa field spectral data showed that, in general, with the increase of heavy metal concentration in leaves, red edge peak, red edge slope, red edge peak area and absorption area and absoroptin depth gradually decrease. Stepwise regression analysis show that the concentration of Pb in leaves is more closely related to red edge peak and red edge slope (R 2=0.8658), and the absorption depth is more closely related to the concentration of Cu in leaves (R 2=0.8909) and has a certain correlation with the concentration of Pb(R 2=0.7812), and Zn(R 2=0.6190) in leaves. No significant correlation was showed between absorption area and the concentration of Mn in leaves (R 2=0.4492).
