Water Transfer Scale Calculation Method based on Eco-environment Water Security of Accepting Water Region
In order to implement the sustainable development in accepting water region, the transfer water scale was discussed in water quantity and water quality by analyzing the eco-environment water security of accepting water region and the transfer water scale model of eco-environment water security was developed on the dualistic water cycle, which is relation with the water resources utilization coefficient, sewage discharging ratio, and the water utilization proportion k which takes it from outside to inside the accepting water region. It was applied to evaluate the planed transfer water scale on eco-environment water security in integration and become into an indispensable complementary for the methods of the traditional supply-demand analysis and the PRED(population, resources, environment and development) integration analysis evaluation. A study under taken ZhengZhou as demonstration, the transfer water scale of ZhengZhou from South-to-North Water Transfer was calculated by the model and the transfer water scale plan of different frequencies in 2010 and 2020 were evaluated in integration, respectively. The result of study had justified four questions. Firstly, the plan transfer water of Zhengzhou getting water from South-to-North Water Transfer is too much so that the ZhengZhou eco-environment is suffer from overfull water in water quality and water quantity in 2020 (p=50%). Some measures are to undertake, one is to enhance save water and decrease the sewage discharge ratio and contamination quantity, the other is to depurate sewerage further to decrease contamination. Otherwise, folding the water overabundance is to prick up eco-environment worse. Secondly, the values of the planed transfer water scales of 2010(95%) and 2020(75%and 95%) k k T < which was decided by ecoenvironment quality capacity of accepting water region. The result illuminates eco-environment quality capacity of ZhengZhou is surplus, and the value of folding water scale can be still enlarged, they are 2.650X108m3, 0.096 X108m3, and 4.213 X108m3, respectively 。Thirdly, the scale values met the water quantity demand, but did not meet water quality demand, and they would clamp down the ZhengZhou eco-environment quality. Fourthly, from the aspect of eco-environment water security in quality and quantity, the values of folding the water ZhengZhou form South-to-North Water Transfer are 2.687X108m3,5.324 X108m3,5.745 X108m3, 5.312 X108m3,7.115 X108m3, and 7.115 X108m3. The study has discovered that the water quality demand of eco-environment in accepting water region is the main determinant, when we calculate the ecoenvironment folding water scale form out of the region.
