Coating utilized to reduce cohesive force between high resistivity dust and polar plate
It often produces a stronger cohesive force between high resistivity dust and polar plate in ESP,but cleaning and papping always have not been resolved.In order to reduce cohesive force between high resistivity dust and polar plate, the influence of coating on force conditions of dust is analyzed in this paper, through theoretical analysising and calculating the appropriate coating materials are selected, and experimental equipment is designed by the authors. Based on the experimental results, the coating can significantly reduce the cohesive force between the dust and polar plate,the conclusion of spreading a suitable coating on the polar plate to effectively reduce cohesive force between high resistivity dust and polar plate is given out.
