Study on gatifloxacin adsorption by sludge activated carbon

摘要：

The sludge carbon made from sewage sludge with ZnCl2 are used for gatifloxacin adsorption. Characterizing sludge carbon and researching mechanism of gatifloxacin adsorption on different adsorbents. The results showed: sludge carbon have large surface area and mid-hole strcture. The adsorption keep to second kinetics model, that means chemical adsorption is the main progress. The research proves sludge carbon can be used to treat antibiotics wastewater.
