REVERSIBLE GEL-SOL TRANSITION OF ACTIN GEL
We are aiming to create a bio-hydrogel having biological functions, such as recirculating, selfrepairing and low-emission. In this study, we created a hudrogel having a high-order structural hierarchy consisting of filamentous actin (F-actin) crosslinked with PEG This actin hydrogel showed reversible gel-sol transition by actin polymerization and depolymerization, and self-repairing ability against oscillatory shear.
