ETHYLENE OLIGOMERIZATION RESEARCH OF Ni(H)/PNP /MAO CATALYST SYSTEM
Ni based oligoraerization catalyst has become research focus since SHOP(1) process industrialized. Traditionally, Ni(Ⅱ) cation complexed with N or P type neutral ligand(2) and NO or PO type anion ligand(3-4). PNP type bidentate ligand was a novel compound which has a great application in ethylene oligomerization,especially complex with Cr(Ⅲ)(5-8) but its application related other transition metal has not be mentioned. In this paper,we systhesized 3 PNP ligands L1 ,L2 and L3 , and complexed them with Ni(Ⅱ) to get Cl ,C2 and C3 as ethylene oligomerization catalyst precursor respectively, which use MAO as cocatalyst catalyzed ethylene oligomerization.
