DATA PROCESSING METHOD OF CHARPY IMPACT TEST IN THE SPECIMEN RECONSTITUTION TECHNOLOGY
In the Specimen Reconstitution Technology, the empirical fitting equation of Boltzman function can be adopted for fitting the relationship between Charpy impact absorbed energy & percent ductile fraction and temperature, and the judgment index of goodness-of-fit is adjusted coefficient of determination (Adj.R 2). The t/t’ hypothesis testing can be adopted to check the identity of ductile-brittle transition temperature before & after reconstitution, and in advance, F testing should be carried out on the homogeneity of two groups of samples’ variances.
