The Logical Framework and Progress Analysis of Executive Compensation Related Research: Based on Literature Perspective

Management incentive is a focus in corporate governance, as a universal means of incentives, the research results of income stimulation are fruitful, but the large number of research results didnt have effectively guided practice to listed companies, there are still many incentive problems among executives income. This paper effectively reviewed the related studies of executive compensation from the foundation, the main body, core, focus and incentives mechanism, hoping to effectively comb the logical framework of previous literature and to lay a better foundation for future related empirical research and practical application research.
