A Measure Study on Quality Improvement of Employment of College Graduates

摘要：

This paper has analyzed the definition of quality of college graduates employment, revealing the current situation and the main causes.Correspondent countermeasures are provided at the same time, including enhancing employment guidance for graduates, improving graduates employability, establishing correct mores and concept of employment and intensifying macro-control of the government.
