Study on Vocational Graduate Employment Measures
Under the influence of the enrollment expansion in higher education, the transfer of surplus rural labor to urban areas, the international financial crisis and other factors, the graduates of vocational schools faced more severe employment challenges.In the authors opinion, through the measures of adjusting the professional settings, highlighting the teaching practice link, improving the overall quality of graduates, order-form training, encouraging the students to start their own businesses and so on, the graduates from higher vocational colleges would take up an occupation successful.
