The Construction of Application-oriented Talent Training Objectives of Independent Colleges--Refined Profession and Strengthened Practice

Combining the college-running practice, this paper has explored the base, the connotation and the implementation of the construction of undergraduate application-oriented talent training objectives of independent colleges.Firstly, the necessity and reality of the application-oriented talent training objectives has been analyzed in both theoretical and practical levels.Secondly, the paper has introduced the basic content of application-oriented talent training objectives of Independent Colleges-Refined Profession and Strengthened Practice, and its requirements in terms of knowledge, ability and quality.Thirdly, the operational cultivating measures have been put forward.
