Discussion on establishing comprehensive student assistant system

摘要：

higher education resources, especially human resource, are relatively insufficient, in the past students in colleges and universities generally were not regarded as human resources.Implementing student assistant system is a useful attempt for supplementing higher education resource, and the practical of many colleges and universities has proven this point.
