Study on Training Mode of Innovative Talents under Rapid Development of Automobile Industry

摘要：

China has become the worlds automobile manufacturing country, in the process to be the auto power we also need to transport a large number of colleges and universities innovative talents.The topic of capability as the core, emphasize on base, enhance capabilities, expand the quality is education philosophy as a guide to enhance students sense of innovation, creativity and innovation as the goal, according to industry professionals need to explore innovative training model, research results can serve as a model for cultivation of innovative talents of national university of vehicle engineering.
