A Study on the Major Factors Influencing Market Demand of Chinas Professional Basketball Competition

the development of Chinas professional basketball has been going on for 15 years since 1995, however, Chinas professional basketball competition market is still immature, requiring further cultivation and improvement. This study shows the major factors influencing market demand of Chinas professional basketball competition include match quality, leisure time, ticket price, venue, income level and personal interest. Professional basketball clubs have to improve the competitiveness of its basketball team, improve the match quality in the league matches and attract more basketball fans to watch the match on the spot.
