Study on Chinese corporate governance structure of IT companies
Inadequate corporate governance structure is a common problem of all listed companies at this stage, but also listed companies in China exist in one of the most serious problems. As Chinas Silver Guangsha, Tin and the incidence of events, financial fraud, to the capital market has brought huge losses, triggering peoples corporate governance structure in depth.
