Conferences
In the 1993-22007 period, I attended 68 conferences on environment. With few exceptions all of them were focused on electronics and environment. With all variety in their programs, venues, attendance and people, there has been one self imposed requirement to ontribute at east ne aper o all events. uite ot f these are reproduced n this ook. The most mportant onferences n the field come n a series. hese nclude: *tthe CARE/EElectronics Goes Green Conference, organized biannually in Europe, alternating in Vienna and Berlin (II partici-pated in 996, 998, 000 and 2004) *tthe International Seminar on Environment and Electronics, organized annually in the USA in various cities (I participated ten times , n the 1995-22004 eriod) *tthe EcoDesign Conference, rganized iannually in okyo Japan (II participated n 1999, 2001, 2003) *tthe International Electronics Recycling Conference, organized anually in Europe (DDavos, Basel, Hamburg). My participa tion has been in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005; the related World Recycling Congress in Shanghai (22005) has been visited has well.
