Validation & control on the convergence point in sirospun
In this paper, experimental sirospun yarn forming in which two different materials had been manufactured with different processing parameters and different spinning system respectively was investigated. The result showed that the motion of convergence point was determined by processing parameters of traveler weight ，i.e., with different traveler weight, there were corresponding oscillation forms of convergence point, corresponding variations H , α and yarn tension, corresponding yarn structure, and finally corresponding yarn performances of the resultant yarn, by which the optimal results could be obtained.
