A method of making square 8-hole hollow polyester fiber

摘要：

In this paper, a method of making square 8-hole hollow PET fiber is presented. The technics of preparing conventional hollow fibers and the method of processing spinneret capillary are firstly presented. And then the difficulties of processing the 8 dfp square 8-hole hollow PET fiber are analyzed. After that, the shape of the spinneret capillary is discussed and then the optimized spinneret capillaries are successfully processed by a CNC processing method which takes the U-shaped silver electrode as the basic unit. Finally, based on the optimized spinning process, the ideal square 8-hole hollow PET fiber is obtained by using the special spinneret.
