The dynamic rheological behavior of polyimide (P84) spinning solution
In this research, different contents of P84-NMP solution were prepared. The dynamic rheological behavior of P84 solution was studied by using plate rheometer. Experimental results indicated that the storage modulus G ′ and loss modulus G ″of spinning solution increased while raising shearing rate at 40 ℃, in addition, the G ′and G ″ increased remarkably with the increasing of concentration at full frequency range. The apparent viscosity (η *) of P84-NMP spinning solution decreased while raising shearing rate under a certain temperature but increased with increasing P84 powder concentrations. It could also be found that the spinning solution of P84 fiber was a non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid.
