Structural studies on high tenacity Ny6 fiber and polyester-based films
Four examples of structural studies are shown. 1: Tenacity and crystal modification of Ny6 fiber are reversible on cyclic temperature change. 2: High temperature and multi-step stretching of PET films are useful from the superstructure viewpoint. 3: Heat generation of PBT films by stretching is related to crystal structure and orientation. 4: With increase of soft segment concentration, spherulite elastic characteristic appears in polyester elastomer on cyclic deformation.
