Preparation, Characterization and Performance of Polyelectrolyte Composite Membrane Supported by Nonwoven Fabric
In this article, acetone and N, N-dimethylformamide were used as mixed solvent to dissolve polyvinylidene fluoride, and nonwovens as supporting to prepare polyelectrolyte composite membrane by coating method. The mechanical properties, air permeability and porosity of the composite membrane were measured. The micropore structures of composite membrane were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Thermal property was measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Ionic conductivity was measured by LK2005A electrochemical workstation. Finally, polymer lithium-ion battery was assembled with gel polyelectrolyte composite membrane, and the charge-discharge performances were tested by CT2001A battery test system. The test results showed that the prepared composite membrane had excellent mechanical properties and electrochemical properties.
