Study on hydrolytic process of WSPET membrane

a new-developed water-soluble polyester(WSPET) membrane was studied in this paper. Our research focused on hydrolytic process of the WSPET membranes. With aid of FT-IR technology, the differences of chemical structures between the membranes before hydrolyzing and those after hydrolyzing were discussed. The reaction process of the membranes hydrolyzing was studied and the corresponding model is discussed. A series of new conclusions can be used for subsequent research of WSPET membrane.
