Study on dyeing method of poly-lactic acid made from spunbonded nonwovens

摘要：

In this paper, the dyeing performance of spunbonded nonwoven poly-lactic acid (PLA) has been studied by orthogonal experiment. The results indicate that the main factors affecting the staining level of PLA are the dye content and the dyeing time. The change of dye content will be more effective on the staining results than that of dyeing time. Comparison of two staining methods, carrier dyeing method is better than conventional dyeing method for the lightness, while for the brightness, it depends on the kinds of selected dyes.
